Dear Readers,

When my novel launched in April of 2020 the pandemic necessitated the cancelation of my book tour, but visiting with virtual book clubs became the silver lining of an otherwise bewildering time. Instead of feeling isolated, a world of deep and joyful conversations opened up.

This is all to say, I love meeting with Book Clubs! And thanks to the wonderful editorial team at Scribner Books, the paperback edition of KEPT ANIMALS includes an excellent Book Club Guide.
